During the last 30 years I have gained considerable experience in the area of personnel management, with focus on management diagnostics, project management, and corporate development.
I consider myself a success-oriented "doer" with strong communication skills and an intuitive sense of clients' needs. What I enjoy most is the result-driven management of people, especially during projects, and helping managers optimise their managerial skills. During the past years, I have increasingly branched out internationally.
